【INTENDED USE】
This kit is used to extract DNA/RNA from plasma, serum, animal tissues, body fluids
and other samples. The optimized chemistry of the reagents ensures pure nucleic acid
is selectively bound to the paramagnetic bead particles, and impurities are efficiently
removed by a series of quick wash steps. The resulting high-quality DNA/RNA is eluted
with elution buffer or water. The Viral RNA&DNA Extraction Kit can be easily adapted
to automatedmagnetic bead separation instruments and workstations. The nucleic
acid extracted by this kit can be used for Real-time PCR, Nothern Blot, Blotting
Hybridization, cDNA Library Construction.
